为建立方便、灵敏的血清铁测定法 ,以 2 -(5 -溴 -2 -吡啶偶氮 ) -5 -[N ,N -二羧基甲基 ]苯酚 (5 -Br-PADCAP)作显色剂 ,在pH 6 5HAc-NaAc缓冲液中测定血清铁。结果表明 ,该法线性范围 0~ 5 0 μmol/L ,平均回收率为 99 8% ,批内CV和批间CV分别为 0 0 2 2与0 0 3 2 ,与原子吸收分光光度法比较具有良好的相关性 ,y =0 9942x -0 0 5 7,r =0 990 8,P >0 0 5。 96例健康人血清铁含量为 9 42~ 2 9 86μmol·L- 1(x± 2S)。 5 -Br-PADCAP分光光度法测定血清铁方法简便、灵敏可靠 ,适合临床应用
In order to establish a convenient and sensitive assay for serum iron, 2 - (5 - bromo - 2 - pyridylazo) -5 - [N, N - dicarboxymethyl] phenol (5 -Br-PADCAP) , Serum iron was measured in pH 6 5 HAc-NaAc buffer. The results showed that the linear range of this method was 0 ~ 50 μmol / L and the average recovery was 99.8%. The intra-assay CV and inter-assay CV were 0 0 2 2 and 0 0 3 2, respectively. Compared with atomic absorption spectrophotometry, Good correlation, y = 0 9942 × -0 0 5 7, r = 0 990 8, P> 0 0 5. 96 healthy human serum iron content of 9 42 ~ 296μmol·L-1 (x ± 2S). 5 -Br-PADCAP spectrophotometric determination of serum iron method is simple, sensitive and reliable, suitable for clinical applications
