Since the establishment of PipeChina in 2019,China\'s oil and gas system reform has been substantially promoted,the natural gas industry policies have been further improved,and the development of China\'s natural gas industry has entered a new stage.This paper analyzes China\'s natural gas industry policy in 2020 by using the content analysis method,and summarizes that China\'s natural gas industry policy in 2020 mainly includes:comprehensive follow-up and highlight key points;people-oriented and adjusting to changing circumstances;adapting to local conditions and accurate implementation.At the same time,under the background of China\'s oil and gas system reform and the goals of achieving carbon neutrality and peaking carbon dioxide emissions,it is speculated that China\'s natural gas industry policy will develop based on the following three aspects:(1) oil and gas system reform will remain an important policy issue;(2) the natural gas industry policy will further promote a fair and open market environment;(3) the natural gas industry policy will try its best to achieve the goals of carbon neutrality and peaking carbon dioxide emissions.

基于人们经济收入水平不断提高的时代背景下,大众的物质购买能力越来越强,与此同时,大众的审美水平也较过去有了很大提升,所以在选购产品时除了关注质量、品牌等要素外,也对产品包装设计效果提出更高要求.在众多包装类型中,纸包装凭借着质量轻、易加工、环保健康等优势而得到广泛应用,所以说纸包装现在随处可见.为进一步满足不同消费者的选购需求,设计师应该加强对纸包装的创新设计研究,实践表明,将装饰图案和纸包装设计相结合,能在很大程度上提高纸包装设计水准,从而可以在视觉上对消费者形成有效吸引,促进产品经济效益提高.
在生态文明建设日益推进的背景下,以环境保护为切入点,绿色纸质包装具有环保性、可循环性、低污染性等特征,成为现代包装市场的重要组成,有助于可持续发展战略践行,引领消费者的绿色意识与行为.绿色纸质包装的艺术设计,可从包装结构设计与视觉界面设计两方面进行考量,其在包装结构设计上,应遵从人性化、节约化、减量化的设计原则,在满足包装实用性基础上,尽可能减少纸板材料的使用,满足节约资源的绿色需求;在视觉界面设计上,应当避免过度包装,剔除无用或者冗余的图形与色彩设计;除此以外,也应当尽可能利用视觉界面引导社会公众树立健
