翼状胬肉是眼科常见病,发病率高,治疗翼状胬肉的手术方法很多,难易程度不同,但都不尽理想,也都难免复发。作者从1987年以来采用双向结膜瓣扭转术切除胬肉治疗12例14只眼,其中2例为复发性胬肉,观察3年无复发,且手术简便易行,疗效满意,现介绍如下:1 临床资料本组12例14只眼,男性8例,女性4例。单眼发病10例,双眼发病2例。年龄35～69岁,平均年龄43岁。初发性胬肉10例,复发性2例。随访时间3个月～3.5年。平均随访时间13个月。

Monocular disease in 10 cases, 2 cases of binocular disease. Age 35 ~ 69 years old, average age 43 years old. 10 cases of primary pterygium, recurrent in 2 cases. Follow-up time of 3 months to 3.5 years. The average follow-up time was 13 months.
