以广东省广州市中小学为例,对初任教师入职指导的现状进行调查研究。调查显示,培训者和学校管理者对入职指导目标的认识过于狭窄,往往与岗前培训混为一谈,未能考虑到为初任教师提供支持性的工作环境;学校指导教师对初任教师的指导未能形成制度,指导教师的任命方式随意性大,没有详细的指导计划,指导效果欠佳;初任教师希望得到专家指导,但入职指导缺少与高等院校的合作;入职指导缺乏时间和资金方面的保障,初任教师工作量过大。
Taking the primary and secondary schools in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province as an example, this paper investigates the status quo of first-year teachers’ employment guidance.
