目的:研究宁心通痹胶囊对大鼠微循环、血液流变学及凝血功能的影响。方法:(1)小鼠注射去甲肾上腺素(Adr),观察给予Adr前后8 min小鼠耳廓微循环情况。(2)大鼠给药7 d,以高分子右旋糖酐建立大鼠血淤证模型,测定血液流变学各项指标。(3)大鼠给药28 d,测定凝血功能各项指标。结果:(1)宁心通痹胶囊中、高剂量组与模型对照组比较,A、V血管收缩率和毛细血管网交叉点减少率明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。(2)宁心通痹胶囊能显著降低小鼠全血黏度和红细胞压积,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。(3)宁心通痹胶囊低、高剂量组均能降低大鼠PLT聚集率和延长大鼠的TT,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:宁心通痹胶囊有改善微循环,降低血液黏度,减少血栓形成的作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Ningxin Tongbi Capsule on microcirculation, hemorheology and coagulation in rats. Methods: (1) The mice were injected with norepinephrine (Adr) to observe the microcirculation of the auricles of the mice 8 minutes before and after Adr administration. (2) The rats were administered for 7 days, the model of blood stasis syndrome was established with dextran, and the indexes of hemorheology were determined. (3) The rats were administered for 28 days, and the indexes of coagulation function were measured. Results: (1) Compared with the model control group, the ratio of vasoconstriction and capillary network crossing of Ningxin Tongbi Capsule was significantly decreased (P <0.01, P <0.05). (2) Ningxin tongbi capsule can significantly reduce the whole blood viscosity and hematocrit in mice, compared with the model control group, there are significant differences (P <0.05, P <0.01). (3) Ningxin Tongbi capsule low and high dose groups can reduce the concentration of PLT in rats and prolong the TT in rats, compared with the model control group (P <0.05) .Conclusion: Ningxin tongbi capsule Have to improve microcirculation, reduce blood viscosity, reduce the role of thrombosis.
