小儿乙肝颗粒是我科运用于临床治疗小儿慢性乙肝取得较好疗效的经验方。1996-03~1998-03,我们采用小儿乙肝颗粒治疗小儿慢性乙肝并观察其对自由基代谢的影响,且与同期以抗乙肝核糖核酸合用VitE、VitC组对照,现报道如下:1 临床资料 全部病例均为全国中医肝病中心小儿乙肝专科门诊就诊的患儿,将符合小儿慢性乙肝诊断标准的病例随机分为小儿乙肝颗粒组(以下简称治疗组)和抗乙肝免疫核糖核酸合成VitE、VitC组(以下简称对照组)。治疗组26例,男16例,女8例,年龄9.14±3.93岁,病程3.10±2.41年;对照组21例,男15例,女6例,年龄8.77±3.46岁,病程3.38±2.06年。

The treatment group of 26 patients, 16 males and 8 females, aged 9.14 ± 3.93 years, duration of 3.10 ± 2.41 years; control group of 21 patients, 15 males and 6 females, age 8.77 ± 3.46 years, duration of 3.38 ± 2.06 years.
