去年冬季以来,我省广大农村结合总路线的宣传和贯彻粮食的统购统销政策,大力巩固和发展了农业生产合作社,全省共发展到一万零六百多个社,入社农民达三十万零八千八百多户,比一九五三年增加了五倍。这些农业生产合作社分布很广,全省百分之七十以上的乡都有了农业生产合作社。在这一基础上,全省现在正进行着更大规模的建社工作,今冬的农业生产合作社将发展至三万三千五百个以上,参加农业社的农户将占到全省总农户的百分之三十五。这一新的情况,就要求从各方面来加强和改进乡政权的工作,使之能更好地适应互助合作运运发展的需要。为此,我们根据内务部和省府的指示,于九月份召开了乡政权建设工作座谈会。参加这次座谈会的有各专署民 Since the winter of last year, the vast rural areas in our province have propagandized the propaganda of the general line and implemented the unification and purchase and marketing policies on grain.
