讨论关于材料截断切割加工时最优加工次序的选择问题。先分析得出切割方式的总数,再对参数R、E进行分析,建立了模型(一)、模型(二)和模型(三);证明了模型(二)为E=0时的最优化模型,并得出简明优化准则;分析讨论了以模型(三)来确定E≠0时的最优次序;经编程计算对各模型进行了验证、比较,并介绍了推广应用的范围。
Discusses the selection of the optimal machining order for material truncation and cutting. Firstly, the total number of cutting methods is analyzed, and then the parameters R and E are analyzed. Models (1), (2) and (3) are established. The optimal model , And concisely optimize the criteria. The optimal order when E ≠ 0 is determined by the model (Ⅲ) is analyzed and discussed. The models are validated and compared by programming and the range of popularization and application is introduced.
