应用BorlandC ++forWindows软件 ,建立 4 6 2汽车缸体铸件质量保证体系专家系统 ,包括推理机 (含缺陷识别及分析 )、知识库、人机对话及输出平台。应用此软件 ,在定性分析缺陷的基础上 ,不仅能够预测 4 6 2汽车缸体铸件废品率 ,而且可以采取定量措施控制铸件废品率在一定的范围内 ,达到提高产品质量和经济效益的目的。以此专家系统为基础 ,改变知识库的相应内涵 ,就可以进一步开发成其他铸铁件的质量保证体系专家系统。
BorlandC ++ forWindows software is used to build expert system of 4 6 2 automobile cylinder body casting quality assurance system, including inference engine (including defect identification and analysis), knowledge base, man-machine dialogue and output platform. The application of this software, based on the qualitative analysis of defects, can not only predict the rejection rate of castings in 462 automotive cylinders, but also take quantitative measures to control the cast scrap rate in a certain range to achieve the purpose of improving product quality and economic benefits. Based on this expert system, we can further develop the quality assurance system expert system of other cast iron parts by changing the corresponding connotation of knowledge base.
