目前全球TB疫情呈上升趋势,而惟一使用的结核病疫苗——BCG的保护效力大不如前,因此新型结核病疫苗的开发迫在眉睫。利用Ag85复合物在Mtb感染中具有明显保护性效应为基础而研制的疫苗受到广泛关注。笔者对Ag85复合物相关亚单位疫苗、重组BCG和基因疫苗研究取得的成果进行综述,结果表明少数Ag85复合物相关疫苗的保护作用超过BCG,某些新疫苗作为初种疫苗给予新生儿、儿童和青少年接种是安全、有效的;作为增强剂给予成人接种,可以提高机体免疫力;某些疫苗与化疗药物联合可以提高机体的免疫力,提高化疗效果,但能否取代BCG尚需大规模临床实验证实。
At present, the global TB epidemic is on the rise. However, as the only TB vaccine that is used, the protective effect of BCG is far worse, the development of a new TB vaccine is imminent.
