目的了解县级公立医院护理人员职业生命质量状况及其影响因素。方法采用单纯随机抽样及等比例抽样的方法对湖南省邵阳市5所县级医院的477名护理人员进行问卷调查。采用方差分析LSD、多元线性逐步回归分析等统计方法对数据进行分析。结果不同年龄、婚姻状况、最高学历及月均收入者职业生命质量总分比较,差异无统计学意义(F=1.905,0.014,0.01,2.311,P>0.05)。不同工作年限、职务及科室者职业生命质量总分比较,差异有统计学意义(F=5.729,5.229,2.785,P<0.01);影响护理人员职业生命质量的因素有职业兴趣(β=8.794)、社会支持(β=3.077)、交通方便程度(β=1.902)、ICU科室(β=-7.388)、年龄(β=1.617)。结论不同工作年限、职务及科室者职业生命质量状况不同,当控制其他因素后职业兴趣、社会支持、交通方便程度、ICU科室、年龄是县级医院护理人员职业生命质量的主要影响因素。
Objective To understand the occupational quality of life and its influencing factors among county nursing staff. Methods A total of 477 nurses from 5 county-level hospitals in Shaoyang City of Hunan Province were surveyed by simple random sampling and proportional sampling. Data were analyzed using ANOVA LSD, multiple linear stepwise regression analysis and other statistical methods. Results There was no significant difference in the total score of occupational quality of life between different age, marital status, highest education level and monthly average income (F = 1.905,0.014,0.01,2.311, P> 0.05). (F = 5.729, 5.229, 2.785, P <0.01). The factors influencing occupational quality of life of nursing staff were occupational interest (β = 8.794), occupational life quality , Social support (β = 3.077), accessibility (β = 1.902), ICU department (β = -7.388) and age (β = 1.617). Conclusion Occupational quality of life varies with different working years, positions and departments. Occupational interest, social support, accessibility, ICU department and age are the main influencing factors of professional life quality of county hospital nurses after controlling other factors.
