目的 观察微波消毒加热兼容柜消毒效果。方法 制作指示菌片放入载体瓷碗内,按仪器设定消毒方式消毒,观察指示菌杀灭率及HBsAg阴转率。结果 以1个或3个碗重叠为载体时,4种指示菌平均杀灭率达99.999%、99.738%以上,HBsAg阴转率为100%、91.7%。结论 微波消毒加热兼容柜柜内微波幅射均匀,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢、HBsAg消毒效果较好,随负载增加对部分病菌消毒效果有所下降。
Objective To observe the microwave disinfection heating cabinet disinfection effect. Method of producing indicator bacteria into the carrier porcelain bowl, disinfection disinfection set by the instrument to observe the killing rate of indicator bacteria and HBsAg negative conversion rate. Results When one or three bowls were overlapped as carriers, the average killing rates of the four kinds of indicator bacteria were 99.999% and 99.738%, respectively. The negative conversion rate of HBsAg was 100% and 91.7% respectively. Conclusions The microwave radiation in the cabinet with microwave disinfection and heating is even, and the antibacterial effect against E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis black spores and HBsAg is better. The disinfection effect of some bacteria is decreased with the increase of load.
