不同状态下机体可蒸发散热与体脂的关系

探讨了非运动状态时高温环境下(桑拿)可蒸发散热和持续运动状态时(大众健美操)可蒸发散热与体脂的关系。结果表明,高温环境下非运动状态时可蒸发散热所造成的体重下降与体脂的相关性较低,而持续运动时可蒸发散热所造成的体脂下降与体重的相关性较高。提示在群众体育中,非运动状态的可蒸发散热并非减肥的有效方法。 The relationship between evaporative heat dissipation and body fat in the non-exercise state under high temperature environment (sauna) can evaporate, dissipate heat and keep in motion (mass aerobics). The results showed that the body weight loss due to evaporative cooling in high temperature environment was low correlated with body fat, while the body fat loss caused by evaporative cooling during sustained exercise was highly correlated with body weight. Tip in mass sports, non-exercise can be evaporated heat is not an effective way to lose weight.
