实现“人的城镇化”成为新型城镇化发展的趋势,也使社区教育服务的责任更加突显。幼儿园作为社区公共服务体系中的重要组成部分,应该承担更多的社区教育服务的责任。幼儿园参与社区教育服务具有其独特的优势,包括教育对象覆盖面广、与家庭联系紧密、教育内容要求联系社区、教师学科特点多样等方面。结合幼儿园与社区教育服务特征,厘定幼儿园服务社区教育应追求延伸幼儿园教育、服务家庭教育和丰富社区文化氛围等价值。分析了幼儿园主导、社区主导和双主导三条实现幼儿园参与城镇社区教育服务的路径,并剖析了各路径的优势与不足,以期幼儿园更好地为社区教育服务。
Realization of “human urbanization” has become a trend of new-type urbanization and has also made the responsibility of community education services more prominent. Kindergarten, as an important part of community public service system, should assume more responsibility for community education service. Kindergarten participation in community education services has its unique advantages, including the wide range of education objects, close contact with families, the education content requirements of the community, and the diversity of teachers’ disciplines. Combining the characteristics of kindergartens and community education services, the kindergarten community education should be determined to extend the values of kindergarten education, family education service and rich community culture atmosphere. This paper analyzes the kindergarten-led, community-led and dual-led three ways to realize kindergarten’s participation in urban community education service, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each path so that kindergarten can better serve community education.
