血清IL-6、IL-8活性与新生儿重症感染关系的探讨

目的 :探讨血清IL 6、IL 8水平与新生儿重症感染之间的关系。方法 :采用化学发光酶免疫分析法检测 5 0例重症感染新生儿及 4 0例正常健康儿童血清IL 6、IL 8水平。结果 :5 0例重症感染新生儿发烧时采血 ,血培养、IL 6、IL 8检测的阳性率分别为 4 4 %、76 %、72 %。存活组血清IL 6、IL 8水平在发烧时最高 ,死亡组在死亡前 (即发烧后 72h)达高峰 ,均明显高于正常健康儿童 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :同时检测血清IL 6、IL 8水平可以提高重症感染诊断的阳性率 ,连续监测二者的水平对新生儿重症感染病情的变化及预后估计具有重要的参考价值 Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels and severe neonatal infection. Methods: Serum levels of IL 6 and IL 8 were detected by chemiluminescence enzyme immunoassay in 50 severe neonatal infected children and 40 normal healthy children. Results: The positive rates of blood culture, blood culture, IL-6 and IL-8 detection were 50, 76% and 72% respectively in 50 severe neonates with fever. The serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the surviving group were the highest at the time of fever, and the death group reached the peak before death (ie 72 hours after the fever), which were significantly higher than those in normal healthy children (P <0.01). Conclusions: Simultaneous detection of serum IL-6 and IL-8 levels can increase the positive rate of diagnosis of severe infections. The continuous monitoring of the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 has important reference value for the changes of severe neonatal infection and prognosis
