目的:比较不同溶剂对测定发洗剂2号中间苯二酚、苯酚、水杨酸总量的影响。方法:分别用蒸馏水与稀乙醇作为溶剂进行含量测定。结果:空白用蒸馏水、样品用稀乙醇稀释,间苯二酚、苯酚、水杨酸总量的回收率(%)为94.6±2 5,RSD(%)为2.27;空白、样品均用蒸馏水稀释为93. 8±2. 4, RSD为 2.53;空白用稀乙醇、样品用蒸馏水稀释为 84.3±2.04,RSD为2.40;空白、样品均用稀乙醇稀释为84.42±2. 35, RSD为 2.78。结论:空白试验应用蒸馏水作为稀释溶剂,建议在取样(发洗剂2号)检测时,直接加蒸馏水稀释不用稀乙醇。
Objective: To compare the effects of different solvents on the determination of total resorcinol, phenol and salicylic acid in hair lotion No. 2. Methods: Distilled water and dilute ethanol as solvent were used for determination. Results: The blank was diluted with distilled water and the sample was diluted with dilute ethanol. The recovery (%) of resorcinol, phenol and salicylic acid was 94.6 ± 2.5, RSD (%) was 2.27. Diluted to 93 with distilled water. 8 ± 2. 4, RSD was 2.53; blank diluted with ethanol, the sample diluted with distilled water was 84.3 ± 2.04, RSD was 2.40; blank samples were diluted with dilute ethanol to 84.42 ± 2. 35, RSD is 2.78. Conclusion: In the blank test, distilled water should be used as dilution solvent. It is suggested that dilute ethanol should be diluted with distilled water when sampling (hair lotion No. 2).
