探讨健身气功·八段锦对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者Hb A1c及免疫机能的影响规律并探讨其可能的调节机制。选取30名具有4.57±2.84年糖尿病病史的中老年人进行6个月健身气功·八段锦练习,在专业辅导员的带领下,每周练习4次,每次60min。观察运动前后Ⅱ型糖尿病患者Hb A1c等基础血液指标及免疫机能的变化,与锻炼前相比,血糖含量降低,Hb A1c降低具有显著性(p<0.05);IL-12显著性升高(p<0.05),IL-4降低具有非常显著性(p<0.01),TGF-β无显著性变化。健身气功·八段锦对降低Ⅱ型糖尿病血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平起积极作用,同时提高免疫机能水平,尤其细胞免疫,刺激出现免疫平衡向Th1方向漂移的变化。
To investigate the effect of Health Qigong and Ba Duan Jin on Hb A1c and immune function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and to explore its possible regulatory mechanism. 30 middle-aged and elderly people with a history of 4. 57 ± 2. 84 years of diabetes were enrolled for 6 months of Health Qigong / Baduanjin practice. Under the guidance of a professional counselor, they were trained 4 times a week for 60 minutes each. The changes of basic blood indexes and immune function such as Hb A1c in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus before and after exercise were observed. Compared with those before exercise, blood glucose levels decreased, Hb A1c decreased significantly (p <0.05), and IL-12 significantly increased (p <0.05), IL-4 decreased significantly (p <0.01), TGF-β no significant change. Health Qigong • Ba Duan Jin plays an active role in lowering blood glucose and HbA1c of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and at the same time it improves immune function, especially cellular immunity, and stimulates the shift of immune balance to Th1 direction.
