拔牙术对机体是一种刺激,伴有心血管疾病的患者接受这些刺激时,可能发生意外。口腔科医生在处理这类问题时常常由于对病人的心功能情况不甚明了而感到心中无数。近些年来,无创性心功能检测技术的发展,为非侵入性心功能检查开辟了新的途径。为了解心血管疾病患者在接受拔牙手术过程中心功能的变化情况,我们应用微机系统检测左心室收缩时间间期(STI),对20例心血管疾病患者进行了观察,并与正常人做了对照,现将观察的初步结果报告如下。
Tooth extraction is an irritant to the body and patients with cardiovascular disease may experience an accident when they receive these stimuli. Dentists often feel countless in their treatment of such problems because of their unclear cardiac function. In recent years, the development of noninvasive cardiac function testing technology has opened up new avenues for noninvasive cardiac function tests. To understand the changes of cardiac function in patients with cardiovascular diseases undergoing extraction surgery, we examined the left ventricular systolic time (STI) using a computer-based system. Twenty patients with cardiovascular disease were observed and compared with normal controls , The preliminary results of the observation are reported below.
