Agrimophol is an aphid component isolated from the root buds of Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb. It has been proved that it is a new acyl root derivative. Grisberol is a light yellow-green rhomboidal prism with a melting point of 138.5 to 139.5°C. It is easily soluble in chloroform and benzene, slightly soluble in methanol, ethanol and petroleum ether, and almost insoluble in water. There are two ultraviolet absorption peaks (235 nm and 292 nm) in the non-polar solvent cyclohexane in the herbicide phenol. It has been proved by experiments that the change of optical density conforms to the Lambert-Beer law at the wavelength of 292 nm and the concentration range of 5 μg/ml to 20 μg/ml; at the same time, the application of silica gel thin layer quantification is discussed.
