Objective To investigate the early warning effect of hemoglobin (Hb) and blood gas analysis on bronchial artery angiography and perfusion chemotherapy. Methods Hb was compared with blood gas analysis in 45 patients with lung cancer at 2h after operation. Results The PaO2 and PaCO2 of postoperative patients were significantly higher than those before operation (P <0.05). The postoperative gastrointestinal reactions, respiratory failure, cardiac rhythm The incidence of abnormalities, shock and blood pressure and constipation were 13.33%, 4.44%, 4.44%, 2.22% and 2.22% respectively. The bronchial artery angiography and perfusion chemotherapy were relatively safe. Conclusions When bronchial artery angiography and perfusion chemotherapy are used in the treatment of lung cancer, Hb and blood gas analysis are closely combined with clinical manifestations and patient’s physical characteristics, which is of great significance in predicting prognosis and preventing complications.
