近年来,虽然我国政府适应信息传播技术快速发展的要求,相应的建立了比较完善的版权保护法律制度,但嵌入在互联网文化中的非正式制度是刻意的正式制度难以很快改变的,因而数字传播中版权保护正式法律制度难以有效约束来自公众的自发性盗版。当前应重点进行有利于版权保护非正式制度的建设与培养,使公众从内心里树立对版权正式制度的信仰,从而逐渐达到知法、信法、守法、护法。 In recent years, although our government has adapted to the requirements of the rapid development of information and communication technologies and established relatively perfect legal system of copyright protection, the informal system embedded in the Internet culture is not able to be quickly changed by the deliberate formal system.
