酚醛类药物是牙髓、根尖周病治疗中应用最广泛的药物,疗效已被公认.但其具有较强的刺激性和毒性,从生物学观点看,用酚醛类药物达到愈合是不适宜的,必须减少其毒性和刺激性.另一方面,酚醛类药物又具有半抗原性,可引起机体的免疫学改变,从免疫学角度也不是理想的牙髓治疗药物.为此我们制备了“利灭丹”合剂(LMD),并将带有甲醛甲酚合剂(FC)棉捻和LMD的细硅胶管植入小鼠皮下结缔组织内,观察二者对周围组织的毒害作用,以评价它们的生物相容性.
