报道了用光纤马赫-陈德尔干涉仪测量载氢通信光纤在193umArF准分子紫外激光辐照下光致折射率变化的过程,为进一步制作光纤光栅器件和分析光折变机理提供了有用的实验数据。
The process of measuring the refractive index change of a hydrogen-carrying communication fiber irradiated by a 193 um ArF excimer UV laser using a fiber Mach-Zehnder interferometer is reported, which provides useful experimental data for further fabricating the fiber grating device and analyzing the photorefractive mechanism .
