柴油发动机的主軸承和曲柄销軸承,一般均为薄壁双金屬軸衬,瓦片用低炭鋼制造,内面浇以錫基或鉛基軸承合金。主軸承或曲柄銷軸承的巴氏合金厚度,一般同为50絲—70絲。軸颈与軸衬的极限磨损,技术文献规定均不应超30絲,技术要求相当严格,如潤滑不佳,会引起軸衬烧損而停修,加之修配单位对双金属薄壁軸衬浇鑄軸承合金的工艺安排不当,便会大大影响軸衬的修复,从而影响产生。針对这种情况,我們参考了有关文献,並与检修人員做了多次的商榷,最后制造了一台簡易的离心浇鑄夹具,如图所示,由于双金属薄壁轴衬采用了离心浇铸的办法,从而便解决了烧燬軸衬修复工作上的困难。工艺簡便,易被掌握;效率高,确保質量。工艺过程:1.首先将瓦片預热,用氯化鋅溶液洗刷干淨,借瓦片温度再将焊锡镀于瓦片內表面,然后再将其装入夹具內,繼用噴灯加热外套至瓦片預鍍
