本文以国内四家上市出版类公司作为研究对象，对其2008年年报和2009年一季报进行了分析，以评估全球金融危机对文化出版产业的影响。研究表明，出版业体现出了“反经济周期性”，受金融危机的影响暂不明显；与此同时，政府主导的文化体制的制度创新，使出版上市公司率先受益，不仅对冲了金融危机的影响，也成为出版业平稳发展的主要动因。不过，出版结构不合理、产业转型乏力等问题仍然直接影响着出版上市公司，成为其可持续发展和跨越式发展的瓶颈。
