应用分光光度法研究杂交粳稻“榆杂29”苗期的光合色素.结果表明:“榆杂29”在秧田后期具有最高的叶绿素(a+b)含量、最高的类胡萝卜素含量(CK)和最低的叶绿素a/b值,并且利用弱光的能力最强,但株色(含叶色)始终偏淡.文章提出:水稻的叶色可用“叶绿素(a+b)/CK”定量描述.
Study on Photosynthetic Pigment of Hybrid Japonica Hybrid Rice “Yu’za29” at Seedling Stage by Spectrophotometry. The results showed that the highest content of chlorophyll (a + b), the highest content of carotenoids (CK) and the lowest chlorophyll a / b in Yuza29 were observed in late seedling stage, and the ability to use weak light was the strongest. However, plant color (With leaf color) has always been light. The paper proposed that the leaf color of rice could be quantitatively described by “chlorophyll (a + b) / CK”.
