针对民机客舱舒适性现有评价方法中缺乏数学定量评价的问题,提出了基于主客观综合赋权的民机客舱舒适性定量评价方法。首先在相关乘客调研基础上,建立了较全面的民机客舱舒适性评价指标体系。提出一种将主观决策实验室分析方法与客观熵权法相结合的综合权重赋值方法,既能有效避免赋权过程中人为主观因素的过度影响,又能充分挖掘调研数据中的真实信息,提高了各级评价指标权重数据的客观性和准确性。最后,针对民机客舱舒适性评价中的模糊性、主观性,利用模糊数学把舒适性主观评价转化为定量评价,得到了较客观的评价结果。通过实例验证,该结果可以对设计进行反馈,指导设计调整过程,是一种有效的舒适性评价方法。
In view of the lack of mathematical quantitative evaluation in the existing evaluation methods for the comfort of civil aircraft cabins, a quantitative evaluation method of cabin comfort based on the subjective and objective comprehensive emphases is proposed. First of all, on the basis of relevant passenger survey, a more comprehensive evaluation index system for comfort of civil aircraft cabin has been established. A comprehensive weight assignment method combining subjective decision-making laboratory analysis method with objective entropy method is proposed, which not only can effectively avoid the excessive influence of subjective factors in the empowerment process, but also fully excavates the real information in the survey data and improves OBJECTIVES AND ACCURACY OF EVALUATING WEIGHTS AT ALL LEVELS. Finally, aiming at the fuzziness and subjectivity in the comfort evaluation of civil aircraft cabin, the subjective evaluation of comfort is transformed into the quantitative evaluation by using fuzzy mathematics, and the objective evaluation result is obtained. Through the example verification, the result can feedback the design and guide the design adjustment process, which is an effective comfort evaluation method.
