目的了解平顶山市幼儿园消毒质量,为切实做好幼儿园内传染病的防控工作提供科学依据。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对平顶山市2012—2013年的幼儿园消毒监测资料进行分析。结果 2年间幼儿园共检测样品884份,合格699份,总消毒质量合格率为79.07%,不同年份间合格率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在各检测项目中,门把手的合格率最低,为62.50%;空气的合格率最高,为100.00%。不同项目间合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论平顶山市幼儿园总体消毒质量不高,门把手合格率较低,应该引起重视,加强门把手的卫生质量管理。
Objective To understand the disinfection quality of kindergarten in Pingdingshan City and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of infectious diseases in kindergarten. Methods By retrospective survey, the data of kindergarten disinfection monitoring in Pingdingshan from 2012 to 2013 were analyzed. Results A total of 884 samples and 699 samples were tested in kindergarten during the two years. The total qualified rate of disinfection was 79.07%. There was no significant difference in passing rate between different years (P> 0.05). In each test item, the lowest rate of door handle is 62.50%; the highest passing rate of air is 100.00%. The differences of qualification rates among different items were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of the kindergartens in Pingdingshan City is not high, and the pass rate of door handles is relatively low. Therefore, attention should be paid to the quality control of door handles.
