目的探讨烧伤患者伤残接受度及心理弹性对创伤后应激障碍发生的影响。方法发放调查问卷评价106例烧伤患者创伤后应激障碍评分、伤残接受度评分及心理弹性评分,并分析患者的伤残接受度及心理弹性与创伤后应激障碍的发生所呈现的关系。结果 106例患者创伤后平均应激障碍评分为(46.62±14.88)分,其中41例患者创伤后应激障碍检出阳性,占38.7%。41例创伤后应激障碍阳性患者的平均伤残接受度评分为(61.87±12.72)分,65例未检出创伤后应激障碍阳性患者的平均伤残接受度评分为(79.14±11.57)分,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。41例创伤后应激障碍阳性患者的平均心理弹性评分为(49.36±11.41)分,65例未检出创伤后应激障碍阳性患者的平均心理弹性评分为(56.28±12.34)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论烧伤患者创伤后应激障碍的发生与其伤残接受度及心理弹性有关,伤残接受度越低、心理弹性越差的患者越容易发生创伤后应激障碍,临床上应当早期筛查甄别创伤后应激障碍高危患者,并给予其有效的心理指导,以帮助患者尽快接受伤残事实、走出烧伤阴影。
Objective To investigate the impact of disability and psychological resilience on post-traumatic stress disorder in burn patients. Methods A questionnaire was issued to evaluate the post-traumatic stress disorder score, disability acceptance score and psycho-elastic score of 106 burn patients and to analyze the relationship between disability acceptance, psychological resilience and post-traumatic stress disorder. Results The average post-traumatic stress disorder score of 106 patients was (46.62 ± 14.88) points, of which 41 cases were positive for post-traumatic stress disorder, accounting for 38.7%. The average disability acceptance score of 41 patients with post-traumatic stress disorder was (61.87 ± 12.72), and that of 65 patients without post-traumatic stress disorder was (79.14 ± 11.57) , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The average psychological resilience score of 41 patients with post-traumatic stress disorder was (49.36 ± 11.41), and that of 65 patients without post-traumatic stress disorder was (56.28 ± 12.34), the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder in burn patients is related to the degree of disability and psychological resilience. The lower the degree of disability acceptance and the worse the mental flexibility are, the more likely post-traumatic stress disorder is. Patients should be screened and screened early Post-stress disorder high-risk patients, and give them effective psychological guidance to help patients receive disability as soon as possible, out of the shadow of burns.
