本文介绍了1018份临床标本中非发酵菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性研究。共分离出非发酵菌166株,检出率16.3%,各类标本以脓汁检出率最高,为41.8%,其次是分泌物,为16.9%,痰为15.9%。166株非发酵菌鉴定结果表明,绿脓假单胞菌最多,占56.6%,其它假单胞菌占26.5%,假单胞菌以外的占16.8%。药敏试验结果显示绿脓假单胞菌以及绿脓假单胞菌以外的非发酵菌对丁胺卡那霉素敏感率最高,为93.6%以上。本文对94株绿脓假单胞菌血清分型,结果表明,晋东南区流行的以绿脓杆菌6型为主,其次为2型,5型,16型及3型,与国内报道的结果相一致。
This article describes the isolation and identification of non-fermentative bacteria in 1018 clinical specimens and drug sensitivity studies. A total of 166 strains of non-fermenting bacteria were isolated, the detection rate was 16.3%. The highest detection rate was 41.8% in all types of specimens, followed by secretion of 16.9% and sputum of 15.9 %. The results of 166 non-fermentative bacteria showed that Pseudomonas aeruginosa accounted for 56.6%, other Pseudomonas species accounted for 26.5% and Pseudomonas other than 16.8%. Susceptibility test results showed that Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Pseudomonas aeruginosa than non-fermenting bacteria, the highest sensitivity to amikacin, 93.6% or more. In this paper, 94 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were typed. The results showed that Pseudomonas aeruginosa type 6 was predominant in southeastern Shanxi, followed by type 2, type 5, type 16 and type 3, Consistent.
