第一净化厂共建成含醇污水处理装置2套,由于气田含醇污水水量波动大,且污水中的Cl-、SO42-、HCO3-大量存在,对设备和管线腐蚀行性较强。虽然含醇污水在经过精馏处理前需经过加药预处理,从一定程度上缓解了设备管线腐蚀结垢,但高温、腐蚀介质仍使装置的设备腐蚀穿孔问题较多、换热器管束更换频繁,注水泵、塔底水泵、反洗泵机封泄漏故障多,维修频率高。为了解决甲醇回收换热器腐蚀问题,对甲醇回收换热器管束管板进行了防腐措施,已延长管束使用寿命,减少对换热器的检修次数,最终保证气田目前的含醇污水处理能够满足生产需要。
