对健康早产儿和足月儿进行了全血游离钙(Ca~(2+))水平的动态观察。生后1周内。两组新生儿的血Ca~(2+)水平具有相似的动态变化特征。早产儿与足月儿的血Ca~(2+)水平相比,在生后3天内其水平显著低下,从生后第4天开始,其值渐上升,至第7天已达足月儿相同的血Ca~(2+)水平。本研究提示:健康早产儿具有在生后1周内克服母体供钙突然中断的影响,重新建立正常的血Ca~(2+)水平的能力。
The whole blood of free calcium (Ca ~ (2+)) in healthy preterm and term infants was observed. Within 1 week after birth. The levels of Ca ~ (2+) in two groups of newborns had similar dynamic changes. Compared with the level of Ca ~ (2+) in preterm infants, the level of Ca ~ (2+) in the preterm infants was significantly lower within 3 days after birth, and gradually increased from the 4th day after birth to the full moon The same level of blood Ca ~ (2+). This study suggests that healthy preterm infants have the ability to overcome the sudden interruption of calcium supply in the maternal body and reestablish normal blood Ca 2+ levels within one week after birth.
