人事档案就是在人事部门管理活动中所形成的,用于记录个人的学习经历、学历资料、工作表现,以个人为单位建立的文件资料。随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展和改革开放力度的进一步加强,我国事业单位进行了几番改革,取得了令人瞩目的成就。与此同时,事业单位的人事档案管理也需要与时俱进,积极适应近年来我国人事制度改革的趋势。
Personnel files are formed in the management activities of the personnel department, used to record personal learning experiences, academic records, job performance, to establish an individual file information. With the rapid development of the socialist market economy and the further strengthening of the reform and opening up, China’s public institutions conducted several reforms and made remarkable achievements. At the same time, the management of personnel files in public institutions also needs to keep pace with the times and actively adapt to the trend of the personnel system reform in our country in recent years.
