目的:对比不同提取方法对延灯滴丸中灯盏乙素的提取效果。方法:以灯盏乙素含量和出膏率为考察指标,分别采用L16(45)正交试验法,U10(106),U4(54)均匀试验法优化乙醇回流、超声波提取及闪式提取的最佳工艺。并对比延灯滴丸中灯盏乙素的提取效果。结果:乙醇回流、超声波提取及闪式提取3种方法的灯盏乙素平均含量分别为3.26%,2.61%,2.15%;平均出膏率分别为26.23%,14.02%,19.2%。结论:采用乙醇回流法提取时灯盏乙素含量及出膏率最高,为延灯滴丸的提取方法优化提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the extraction efficiency of scutellarin in Yude drop pills by different extraction methods. Methods: The index of scutellarin and the rate of ointment were taken as the indexes. The parameters of ethanol reflux, ultrasonic extraction and flash extraction were optimized by L16 (45) orthogonal test, U10 (106) and U4 (54) Good craft. And compare the extraction effect of scutellarin in Yandeng pill. Results: The average content of scutellarin in ethanol reflux, ultrasonic extraction and flash extraction were 3.26%, 2.61% and 2.15% respectively. The average rate of ointment was 26.23%, 14.02% and 19.2% respectively. CONCLUSION: The scutellarin content and the highest rate of ointment are the best when extracted by ethanol reflux, which provides the theoretical basis for the optimization of the extraction method of YD bulb.
