1、本文报告了用184只大鼠做了同种异体肌肉移植实验。将取自供体大鼠的横纹肌切成小块,放置在盛有生理盐水、血清或半胱胺酸溶液的玻皿中照以不同剂量的 X 射线,埋植于异体动物皮下,研究了这三种溶液对肌组织放射损伤的防护作用。 2、X 射线对肌组织的再生能力具有明显的抑制作用。当肌肉在离体条件下照以1,200rX 射线就完全失去再生能力。但在经生理盐水,血清或半胱胺酸溶液处理的移植肌块,X 射线的照射量分别需要增加到2,400r,3,200r 和4,400r 时才能完全抑制肌肉再生的能力。这说明这三种溶液对横纹肌组织的放射性损伤都有一定的防护作用。其中,半胱胺酸效果最好,血清次之。3 讨论了半胱胺酸等对肌组织放射性损伤的防护效应及其作用机理。初步认为半胱胺酸等可增强肌组织的放射抗性,而不是因为它们具有促进肌再生的作用。
In this paper, 184 rats were used for allogeneic muscle transplantation. Among them, the best cysteine, serum followed. 3 discussed the protective effect of cysteine on the radioactive injury of muscle tissue and its mechanism of action. It is preliminarily thought that cysteine and the like can enhance the radioresistance of muscular tissue rather than because they have the effect of promoting muscle regeneration.
