目的:采用一测多评法测定獐牙菜属植物中的4种环烯醚萜类,考察化合物之间采用相对校正因子进行含量测定的准确性和可行性。方法:以獐牙菜属植物为研究对象,采用HPLC测定4种活性环烯醚萜苷之间的相对矫正因子,并分别以这4种成分的任意一种作为参照成分,建立可对另外3种成分检测的“一测多评方法”。采用建立的一测多评法测定并计算不同种獐牙菜属植物中4种成分含量,并与外标法比较,以评价一测多评法的准确性。结果:在一定线性范围内,RCF值稳定;且不同实验条件下,重现性良好;不同种獐牙菜属植物中4种环烯醚萜类成分计算值与实测值无明显差异。结论:一测多评方法准确可行,为一测多评法用于中药质量控制提供了可靠依据。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the four iridoid species in Swertia by a multi-evaluation method and investigate the accuracy and feasibility of the determination of relative calibration factors between compounds. Methods: Swertia as the research object, using HPLC determination of four active iridoid glycosides between the relative correction factor, and the four components of any one as a reference component, the establishment of the other 3 The composition of the test “a test evaluation method ”. A multi-evaluation method was established to determine and calculate the contents of four components in different species of Swertia, and compared with the external standard method to evaluate the accuracy of a multi-evaluation method. Results: The RCF was stable within a certain linear range, and the reproducibility was good under different experimental conditions. There was no significant difference between the calculated and measured values of the four iridoid terpenes in different species of Swertia. Conclusion: The method of multiple assessment is accurate and feasible, which provides a reliable basis for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.
