目的探讨高频超声在青少年高尿酸血症患者关节病变诊断中的临床价值。方法选定120例青少年高尿酸血症患者(高尿酸组)和50名青少年健康体检者(对照组),采用高频超声检查两组人员的双侧第一跖趾关节、膝关节(共680个关节),声像图中出现以下征象之一为超声检查阳性:滑膜增厚、关节腔积液、晶体沉积、骨侵蚀和病变处血流信号。结果高尿酸组超声检查阳性人数检出率为13.3%(16/120),远高于对照组4.0%(2/50),高尿酸组有21个关节超声检查阳性(21/480),其中16个位于第一跖趾关节,5个位于膝关节;病变关节的超声表现:滑膜增厚18个,关节腔积液11个,晶体沉积5个,骨侵蚀1个,病变处可见血流信号2个。结论青少年高尿酸血症患者可能已有关节病变发生,高频超声能够早期发现,应将超声检查作为青少年高尿酸血症患者预治关节病变的早期筛查手段。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of joint disease in adolescents with hyperuricemia. Methods A total of 120 adolescents with hyperuricemia (hyperuricemia group) and 50 healthy adolescents (control group) were enrolled in this study. Ultrasound findings of the diseased joints included 18 synovial thickening, 11 joint effusion, 5 crystal deposits, 1 bone erosion, and blood flow Two signals. Conclusions Juvenile patients with hyperuricemia may have joint degeneration and high frequency ultrasound can be detected early. Ultrasonography should be used as an early screening method for preoperative arthritis in patients with juvenile hyperuricemia.
