在竞争激烈的今天,公共关系作为一种重要的经营管理职能,在企业管理中发挥着重要的作用,被作为衡量一个国家发达程度的重要标志之一。具体来讲,公共关系具有塑造形象、协调关系、传播沟通、决策咨询等职能。其中,协调关系职能是公关工作要达到的重要目标和重要职能,尤其是对地方企业而言,各方面的发展都还不是很成熟,我们必须通过积极协调关系来达到内求团结,外求发展的目标,才能获得长足的发展。因此本文以三亚市地方企业为例,探讨三亚地方企业协调关系职能的发挥,以期能对三亚地方企业的发展予以借鉴。
