前文(1)报道用亚硫酸钠溶样-碘量法测定药用硫磺中的硫,其结果与药典方法的基本一致,但滴定终点稳定时间短暂,初次操作不易准确掌握;整个分析时间虽有所缩短,但溶样速度不如药典方法迅速。为此,作者经过试验,采用药典方法溶解和氧化,并将重量法改进成为中和法,称之为测硫的“快速中和法”。其原理如下:用过量的乙醇制氢氧化钾标准溶液溶样,借过氧化氢将硫氧化成硫酸根,消耗与硫等当量的氢氧化
The previous report (1) reported that the sulfur in medicinal sulfur was determined by the sodium sulfite sample-iodometric method. The results were basically the same as those in the pharmacopoeia method, but the titration endpoint was stable for a short time, and the initial operation was not easy to grasp accurately; the entire analysis time was shortened. However, the dissolution rate is not as fast as the pharmacopoeia method. To this end, the authors tested and dissolved and oxidized using the pharmacopoeia method, and improved the gravimetric method into the neutralization method, which is called the “quick neutralization method” for sulfur measurement. The principle is as follows: The potassium hydroxide standard solution of ethanol is used to dissolve the sample, and the sulfur is oxidized to sulfuric acid by hydrogen peroxide, and the equivalent of sulfur is consumed.
