依托格鲁在体外对小鼠SRS淋巴细胞性腹水瘤细胞有直接杀伤作用,腹腔内用药可延长SRS腹水瘤及HAC腹水型肝癌小鼠的生存期。狗膀胱内给予2％溶液、膀胱粘膜见轻度损伤作用。ipLD_(50)为657.8mg/kg。
