精液不液化是男子不育原因之一。但是临床上发现,许多精液已经液化却仍处于高粘度状态,影响精子的活动力,继而导致不育。对于这种高粘度精液发生的原因,以及如何处理,至今仍是医学上尚需解决的课题。本文将α-糜蛋白酶降低高粘度液化精液粘度的实验室观察,作一报告。材料与方法本组30例,均系婚后3年以上不育病人,平均年龄为36.5岁。无特殊疾病史,也无慢性前列腺炎、精囊炎等疾病史。肛检前列腺正常,睾丸体积平均每侧大于16ml。附睾、输精管无异常发现。相隔半至一月,三次精液常规检查,每例都提示正常精子数量。精
Semen liquefaction is one of the causes of male infertility. However, it is clinically found that many sperm have been liquefied but are still in a state of high viscosity, affecting sperm motility and subsequently infertility. The reason why this kind of high-viscosity semen occurs and how to deal with it is still a problem to be solved in medicine so far. In this paper, α-chymotrypsin to reduce the viscosity of high viscosity liquefaction laboratory observations made a report. Materials and Methods The group of 30 cases, all of whom were infertile patients after 3 years of marriage, the average age was 36.5 years. No special disease history, nor chronic prostatitis, seminal vesicle disease history. Anastomosis prostate normal, testicular volume on each side of more than 16ml.
