流式细胞术(flow cytometry,FCM)具有高度的精密性,测定数据可靠,既可分析单个细胞,也可区分群体细胞,利用白血病细胞免疫表型标志与正常细胞的不同,通过多参数分析,可以从正常细胞中区分白血病细胞,具有快速、简便、定量和灵敏度高等优点,为白血病微小残留病(MRD)的检测提供了一种新颖可靠的手段,从而给白血病治疗策略的制定提供了依据。
Flow cytometry (FCM) has a high degree of precision, reliable determination of data, both single cell analysis, but also to distinguish between groups of cells, the use of leukemia cell immunophenotypic markers and normal cells, by multi-parameter analysis, It can differentiate leukemia cells from normal cells with the advantages of fast, simple, quantitative and high sensitivity. It provides a novel and reliable method for the detection of leukemia minimal residual disease (MRD), and provides a basis for the development of leukemia treatment strategies.
