目的:建立香叶木苷的紫外含量测定方法,考察甲基-β-环糊精(RM-β-CD)对香叶木苷的增溶作用。方法:绘制香叶木苷紫外含量测定的标准曲线,进行方法学考察,采用相溶解度法考察RM-β-CD对香叶木苷的增溶作用,计算包和稳定常数。结果:香叶木苷紫外测定波长372 nm,在8~32 mg.L-1线性关系良好,溶解度随着RM-β-CD浓度的增加而成线性增加,相溶解度曲线属于AL型,包合稳定常数111.09 mol.L-1。结论:RM-β-CD对香叶木苷具有良好的增溶作用。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of the content of diosmin in UV and investigate the solubilization of diosmin by methyl-β-cyclodextrin (RM-β-CD). Methods: The standard curve of the determination of the content of geranyl violet was drawn, and the methodological study was carried out. The solubility and solubility of saponin by RM-β-CD were investigated by phase-solubility method. The package and stability constants were calculated. Results: The detection wavelength of echinacoside was 372 nm with a good linearity at 8 ~ 32 mg.L-1. The solubility increased linearly with the increase of RM-β-CD concentration. The phase solubility curve belonged to type AL, Constant 111.09 mol.L-1. Conclusion: RM-β-CD has good solubilization effect on diosmin.
