阳光体育运动旨在鼓励学生参与体育运动,培养学生的运动兴趣,增强学生的体质健康水平,这与高职院校公共体育课的培养目标是一致的。高职院校可以从领导层面、课程资源开发、体育运动的延伸等几方面着手,改革目前的教学现状,把阳光体育运动的乐趣带给学生,进一步落实“健康第一”的指导思想。 Sunshine sports aims to encourage students to participate in sports, develop students ’interest in sports and enhance students’ physical health, which is in line with the training objectives of public physical education in vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges can start from the aspects of leadership, development of curriculum resources and extension of sports to reform current teaching situation and bring the fun of sunshine sports to students and further implement the guiding ideology of “health first” .
