本文对2007~2010年间发生的86起与营运客车相关的一次死亡10人以上的特大道路交通事故的事故原因和事故特征进行了统计分析,研究了营运客车主动安全技术、被动安全技术等存在的不足。针对特大道路交通事故反映出的营运客车高速行驶横向行驶稳定性较差、主动安全配置不足、车身结构强度偏低、乘客约束系统性能较差、防火性能较差等技术问题,从客车安全技术标准和技术管理政策方面提出了技术改进方案。
