为了更科学地利用机场时隙资源,研究了GDP-E初次时隙分配的公平性和效率问题。在OPTIFLOW指派模型的基础上,通过引入公平性约束参数,建立了一种兼顾公平和效率的GDP-E初次时隙分配优化模型,并给出了时隙分配的公平性评价指标。由于时隙分配的结果是一种特殊序列,故采用部分匹配交叉(PMX)算子的遗传算法对模型进行求解。仿真结果表明:该模型不仅在效率上比RBS算法提高了22.5%,还均衡了各航空公司的延误损失;并且通过公平性约束参数的设置,能有效调节公平和效率间的平衡度,从而验证了模型的有效性。
In order to make more scientific use of airport time slot resources, we study the fairness and efficiency of the allocation of primary time slots of GDP-E. Based on the OPTIFLOW assignment model, an equity optimization model based on fairness and efficiency is proposed by introducing fairness and efficiency, and the fairness evaluation index of time slot allocation is given. Since the result of slot assignment is a special sequence, the genetic algorithm of partial match crossover (PMX) operator is used to solve the model. The simulation results show that the model not only increases the efficiency by 22.5% compared with the RBS algorithm, but also balances the delay losses of airlines; and through the setting of the fairness constraint parameters, the balance between fairness and efficiency can be effectively adjusted to verify The validity of the model.
