针对目前抗浮岩石锚杆常用锚固剂锚固性能差,单位锚固长度上提供的有效抗拔力低等不足,设计了一种新型的锚固剂。为了对该新型锚固剂的锚固能力进行测试,采用三种不同类型锚固料的岩石锚杆进行了抗拔力测试的模型试验研究。试验结果表明:该新型锚固剂的锚固性能远远好于其他两种,并且该锚固剂的成本较低,是一种具有良好应用前景的新型锚固剂。同时还对影响锚杆锚固力的其他相关因素进行了分析。
Aiming at the poor anchoring performance of anchoring agent commonly used in anti-floating rock bolt, the effective anti-pulling force provided by unit anchoring length is low, a new type of anchoring agent is designed. In order to test the anchoring ability of the new anchoring agent, three different types of rock anchors were used to carry out the model test of the pullout test. The experimental results show that the anchoring agent of the new anchoring agent has much better anchoring performance than the other two anchors, and the cost of the anchoring agent is low, which is a new type of anchoring agent with good application prospect. At the same time, the other factors that influence the anchorage force of anchor are also analyzed.
