目的探讨红外指纹图谱在华山松种仁、红松种仁、马尾松种仁鉴别中的应用价值。方法将红松种仁、山松种仁、马尾松种仁粉碎后加溴化钾压片后,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱及二阶导数红外光谱法进行红外指纹图谱鉴别研究。结果虽然华山松种仁、红松种仁、马尾松种红外光谱及2阶导数光谱整体上较为相似,但是在指纹识别区吸收峰强度比、峰形及峰数有一定差异,其中2阶导数更为明显。结论红外光谱法能快速、方便地用于华山松、红松种仁、马尾松种仁的鉴别。
Objective To investigate the application value of infrared fingerprinting in the identification of Pinus armandi seeds, Pinus koraiensis seeds and Pinus massoniana kernels.
