目的了解影像技师角色认知水平及其相关影响因素分析,便于科室管理层针对影响因素制定出合理、规范的改进措施。方法自行设计影像技师角色认知问卷调查表,采取分层整群抽样方法针对我科36名技师进行调查。结果影像技师角色认知中正向认知总均分为3.70±0.44,其中1~4条目评分偏低,分别为2.98±1.01,3.01±0.85,3.12±0.24,3.05±0.46;5~9条目评分偏高分别为3.66±0.82,3.71±0.42,4.01±0.74,4.63±0.12,3.89±0.60。负向认知总均分为3.05±0.69,其中1~5条目评分偏低,分别为2.11±0.21,2.37±0.69,2.50±0.81,2.39±0.85,2.30±0.91;6~11条目评分偏高,分别为3.33±0.29,3.71±0.65,3.55±0.62,4.16±0.10,3.89±1.08,4.27±0.12。结论影像技师角色认知水平处于中等偏上阶段,科室管理层应正确对待技师角色认知水平不高的现状。针对出现的问题,制定合理规范的改进措施,培养良好的职业态度,提高技师角色认知水平,达到提高技师职业适应能力及医疗服务质量的目的。
Objective To understand the cognition level of image technicians and their related influencing factors so as to make it possible for department managers to formulate reasonable and standardized corrective measures according to the influencing factors. Methods A self-designed image technician’s role cognition questionnaire was designed to investigate 36 technicians in our department by stratified cluster sampling method. Results The average positive cognition score of the image technician in cognition was 3.70 ± 0.44, among which 1 ~ 4 items had a low score of 2.98 ± 1.01, 3.01 ± 0.85, 3.12 ± 0.24 and 3.05 ± 0.46, respectively; score of 5 ~ 9 items Height were 3.66 ± 0.82,3.71 ± 0.42,4.01 ± 0.74,4.63 ± 0.12,3.89 ± 0.60. Negative cognitive total score was 3.05 ± 0.69, of which 1 to 5 items were low, respectively, 2.11 ± 0.21,2.37 ± 0.69,2.50 ± 0.81,2.39 ± 0.85,2.30 ± 0.91; 6 to 11 items rated high Respectively, 3.33 ± 0.29, 3.71 ± 0.65, 3.55 ± 0.62, 4.16 ± 0.10, 3.89 ± 1.08, 4.27 ± 0.12. Conclusion The cognition level of the image technician is in the upper middle stage, and the management of the department should correctly treat the technicians’ cognition of the role is not high. In view of the problems that have arisen, formulate reasonable and standardized measures for improvement, cultivate good occupational attitudes, raise the level of cognition of technician roles, and achieve the purpose of improving the occupational adaptability of technicians and the quality of medical services.
