以放射免疫测定法(RIA),对生活在海拔2261米地区(西宁)和海拔3米地区(青岛)的成年wistar大鼠脑内β-内腓肽(β-EP)含量进行了比较研究。结果表明,垂体β-EP的含量与平原者对照组相比,下降非常显著(P<0.01),皮层下降亦有显著性意义(P<0.05),丘脑、桥延、纹状体均有所下降,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。提示,高海拔环境对大鼠各脑区β-EP含量有不同程度的影响。
The contents of β-endorphin (β-EP) in adult wistar rats living in 2261 meters above sea level (Xining) and 3 meters above sea level (Qingdao) were compared by radioimmunoassay (RIA). The results showed that the content of β-EP in the pituitary was significantly decreased compared with the control group (P <0.01), and the cortical decline was also significant (P <0.05).
